Materials:

Before first use, boil the shields for 5 minutes or sterilise, then let them cool.
Wash your hands, then place the shield over the nipple and gently press the edges against the breast.
Breastfeed as usual, following advice from your midwife or lactation consultant.
After each feed, wash in warm soapy water, rinse, sterilise and store dry in the case.

Use with guidance from a midwife, lactation consultant or health-care professional.
Check before every use and replace if torn or worn.
