Babies and children from birth to 5 years: give 1ml daily.
Shake well before use.
Place the drops on the mother's nipple or a pacifier and let the baby suck for 30 seconds, or mix with formula, juice or food.
Clean and dry the dropper after each use with cooled boiled water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not suitable for infants having 500ml or more of formula milk a day (formula is already fortified with Vitamin D).
Formulated for babies and children: not recommended for adults.
Do not give with other Vitamin D supplements unless advised by a doctor.
