Who it's for

Indicated for adults aged 18 and over with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. For children and teenagers aged 3–17, use only after consulting a doctor, with a parent or guardian applying the sensor, operating the app and interpreting the readings.

  1. Before you start: read the instructions for use in the box before applying your first sensor.
  2. Set up the app: install the SIBIONICS app (App Store or Google Play) and create your account.
  3. Apply: clean and dry a flat area on the back of your upper arm, then apply the sensor with its applicator exactly as shown in the instructions.
  4. Pair: pair the sensor with the app and wait for the 1-hour warm-up to finish before relying on readings.
  5. Replace: replace the sensor after 14 days. Do not reuse sensors.
  • Use as directed: do not reuse sensors. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for insertion and disposal.
  • Age: Indicated for adults aged 18 and over. For children and teenagers aged 3–17, use only after consulting a doctor, with a parent or guardian applying the sensor, operating the app and interpreting the readings.
  • Not for use: during pregnancy, on dialysis or when critically ill.
  • Scans: remove the sensor before an MRI or CT scan.
  • Interference: vitamin C and aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) may falsely raise readings.
  • Treatment decisions: do not change your treatment based on CGM readings without talking to your doctor.
