Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Manama. The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met through appropriate Healthana products and solutions. Daily responsibilities include handling client inquiries, coordinating orders, preparing account reviews, and monitoring performance against targets. The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a consistent customer experience, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and resolving issues in a timely, professional manner. The Account Manager will also maintain accurate account records, prepare regular reports, and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in account management, client relations, or customer success, preferably within health, wellness, or retail sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. Solid organizational and time management abilities, including handling multiple accounts and deadlines with attention to detail. Comfort working with CRM systems, basic reporting tools, and standard office software to track activities and outcomes. Ability to work on-site in Manama, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Interest in health, wellness, and holistic living, with the capacity to learn product details and explain benefits clearly to customers. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in a client-facing role with measurable performance targets is an advantage.
