From age 6. 1 single-dose in the morning to be diluted in a glass of water (200 ml). Reuse is possible multiple times a year.
Shake before use. Take the single-dose with the narrower part facing up. Press down with both thumbs. Keep an empty single-dose to help open subsequent ones.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Not recommended for people with previous allergies to hive products.
The presence of a slight deposit in the single-dose is normal and does not affect the quality of the product.
