Suitable for: Adults 18+

  • Ashwagandha 920 mg: adults take 2 capsules once or twice a day, preferably with meals.
  • Melatonin 10 mg: adults take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime, as melatonin may cause drowsiness.
