Pour a small amount of shampoo onto your hands and apply to damp scalp.
Massage gently and thoroughly, then rinse.
Repeat, leaving the shampoo on scalp and hair for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Follow with conditioner.

If shampoo comes into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
For external use only.
