Needs for folate, iron and DHA rise before and during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. One tablet a day with 400µg folic acid, 30mg iron, 300mg DHA and 17 other vitamins and minerals. Made in the USA for use before conception, during pregnancy and after birth.
