Free radicals are caused by frying foods, alcohol, tobacco smoke, pesticides and air pollutants. Free Radicals can cause damage to cells, through a process called oxidation. Some Vitamins, including Vitamin E, can help to protect the cells against this damage.

Each capsule provides 400iu Natural Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol, which is the most readily absorbed form of natural vitamin E.

Take 1-2 softgels per day with food.
When starting to take Vitamin E always start with a low iu strength and gradually increase. High levels should be avoided by diabetics and people with hyperthyroidism.
