Wear the socks for one hour on clean feet, then remove and rinse feet thoroughly with water only (no soap)
Do not apply creams until all old skin has shed
Skin begins to shed after about 4 to 5 days; do not pick or peel it manually

Do not use on broken, cracked or irritated skin.
